It doesn’t matter if you hand the entire project over to us, or if our project managers work with yours. Our project managers are also highly skilled in intercultural matters. We’ve worked with many different project configurations and we’re confident we’ll communicate well with your team.

Our translation teams work with a variety of different translation tools, including SDL Trados Studio, SDL Passolo, Across, memsource, and memoQ. In addition, our project managers participate in regular training to stay on top of the latest developments in translation processes and technology. Standardized procedures that ensure high-quality results

Thanks to XTRF, our project management tool, we keep everything under control, from initial quotes to project scoping and completion, right up to final invoicing and reporting. All files are sent to translation teams via a portal that runs on SSL and is hosted on our servers in Germany.

In addition to working with a project management tool dedicated to translation and localization projects, we’ve developed our own workflows that include quality assurance checks. As an ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 certified company, our team members perform these checks under strict rules and following standardized procedures, and they regularly confer with in-house colleagues from around the globe, including China, Spain, France, and the US.

We also do not make any compromises when it comes to data protection. Your project data is perfectly safe with us. In addition, as a German company we are bound by the requirements of the European GDPR, which is one of the strictest regulations in the world with regard to the protection of personal data.
